Full Payment is due at check-in. The current rate for an initial assessment is $175.
All additional sessions are $135 for 60 minutes.
Debit or Major Credit Cards, Cash, or Personal Checks (made payable to: Breathe Clinical Art Therapy and Therapeutic Services) are accepted.

To avoid any surprises, please contact your insurance company if you plan to use private insurance to cover services that you or a family member receive at Breathe Christian Clinical Art Therapy and Therapeutic Services.
For all other insurances, services may be eligible for reimbursement by your insurance provider. Full payment is due at the time of check-in and you will receive a detailed invoice to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Additionally, some HSA/FSA spending cards may be eligible for payment use. However, this is solely up to your insurance provider.
Please check with your insurance provider prior to our first meeting to understand your financial obligation.
Cancellation
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of a 48-hour notice of cancellation prior to your appointment is required. If prior arrangements are not set and confirmed, you will be charged the full fee for the session with the credit card on file. Your insurance does not and will not cover the cancellation fee. Thank you.
Good Faith Estimate
Beginning January 1, 2022, if you’re uninsured or don’t plan to submit your claim to your health plan, health care providers and facilities must provide you with a “good faith estimate” of expected charges before you get an item or service. The good faith estimate isn’t a bill.
Providers and facilities must give you a good faith estimate if you ask for one, or when you schedule an item or service. It should include expected charges for the primary item or service you’re getting, and any other items or services provided as part of the same scheduled experience.
